Normal Method:

1+x144−−−−−−−  √=1312 then find the value of x.

⇒    (1+x144)=(1312)2${\displaystyle \Rightarrow (1+\frac{x}{144})={\left(\frac{\mathrm{13/}}{12}\right)}^2}$

⇒     (1+x144)=169144${\displaystyle \Rightarrow (1+\frac{x}{144})=\frac{\mathrm{169/}}{144}}$

⇒      x144=169144−1${\displaystyle \Rightarrow \frac{x}{144}=\frac{\mathrm{169/}}{144}-1}$

⇒       x144=25144${\displaystyle \Rightarrow \frac{x}{144}=\frac{\mathrm{25/}}{144}}$

⇒      x= 25.
